The Mako Ride at SeaWorld Orlando Is Much More Than Just an Exciting Thrill Ride

As patrons of theme parks, it would appear that there is no limit to the number of exciting experiences we can have. And when it comes to the rides that have made Orlando, Florida famous all over the world, the adrenaline rush becomes even more intense and exhilarating with each new ride that is added to this list. In this context, the introduction of the brand-new Mako Coaster is without a doubt one of the attractions at theme parks that is most eagerly anticipated. Our excitement was taken to an entirely new level when we rode the one-of-a-kind roller coaster at the Florida SeaWorld Park that was themed after sharks.

Whether it's the hills that are so tall or the jaw-dropping fall, the new Ride definitely lives up to the expectations of all of the thrill seekers from all over the world. When it opens in the summer of 2016, the Mako Robotic Replacement will provide visitors with the tallest, fastest, and longest ride experience that Central Florida has ever seen. It is true that it takes guests through a 200-foot-tall hyper-coaster that drops at a speed of about 73 miles per hour and runs along a daring 4,760-foot-long steel track that features multiple tall hills and never-ending air-time.

The new Ride, which was inspired by the fastest living shark of all time, is being hailed as a one-of-a-kind combination of fear, thrills, and fun. Guests riding the one-of-a-kind roller coaster will, just like an oceanic apex predator, tear through the water at top speed while experiencing extreme jumps and deep drops in a way that has never been seen before. And to put the cherry on top of everything, there is a one-of-a-kind 48,000-watt surround sound system with an incredible score that keeps changing as the roller coaster dives you around. The ride is made even more memorable by the music, which accompanies you through some of the most thrilling coaster tracks that SeaWorld Orlando has to offer, beginning at the station and continuing all the way up the lift hill until the ride's conclusion.

The Mako Shark is considered to be one of the most dangerous species of sharks that plague the world's oceans.

They are renowned for their aggressive hunting skills, which are powered by unrivalled speed and the ability to change direction in an instant. The fundamental characteristics of the new Ride are based on the exceptionally nimble and risk-taking nature of the marine predator. After you have boarded, you will go after your prey just like the killer shark himself. From the coral reef all the way out to the open ocean, this ride adventure is truly one of the most challenging that SeaWorld Orlando has to offer.

On the new Ride, there is not an element similar to those found on many other great rides that are upside down. There are no inverted twists, and riders' legs are not left dangling from the coaster cars at any point. In point of fact, the key to releasing the destructive Mako that lies dormant within you is a combination of speed and consistent airtime. For all of you roller coaster fans out there, I believe that the Mako provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to test the limits of weightlessness in a way that has never been possible before.
